We were informed of a problem with regards to the lights breaking and falling into the engines. This circumstance would mean that the entire front valance would need to be replaced, obviously incurring labour cost. We have designed the above Bezel Light which contains a replaceable lens which means on breakage just the lens needs to be replaced.

Here you can see our Air Conditioning Box for the 165 and 168 fleets. This allows the Air Conditioning unit to be easily accessed.
 

    
This engine cover is now being used by many First Great Western trains

This valance was designed for the purpose of reducing the need for a centre valance which has re-occurring failure problems on the 168 fleet, saving our customer vast amounts of money.
